I can’t begin to tell you how much your class has helped me. Using the tools that you gave me and the confidence of the SPS designation, I was able to reposition a house (some sellers who were not going to budge from their list price). They went from $479,000 to $415,000. Within two weeks it went under contract and they in turn made an offer on a larger house (listed at 649,000).
