— not a crisis line.
At some point in their careers, agents may decide to become a leader. Being a leader of agents can be difficult. Agents look to the Broker-In-Charge (BIC) to provide impactful training, answer their urgent questions, support them when trouble arises, and celebrate when they succeed. In other words, be responsible to shape them into a solid citizen agent who provides lawful guidance to consumers.
This is often made more difficult because the BIC rarely receives leadership training. An integral part of leadership are the skills to be an effective communicator. Upskilled communication from the BIC can be modeled to agents and in turn, modeled to buyers/sellers.
In essence, better leaders means better agents, which means better client results.
Using the same frameworks/skillsets presented, this course uses examples that reflect interactions between the BIC and the agent, builds question banks specific to leadership, and introduces conversation structures for impactful communication with the agent.
This course is for real estate leaders who…
